What is included in the warranty?

Great news - our warranty policy is here to make sure that you are fully covered! Any defects that are presumed to have occurred during delivery or within the warranty period will be taken care of.
If you need to return a defective item, simply contact our friendly customer support team by filling out our online contact form at https://support.viaota.com and if you wish to know more about our terms, visit this link: https://viaota.com/terms. When you reach out, we may request a few things from you, such as photos of the defective item, your order ID, purchase confirmation letter, or payment receipt, and a brief description of the defect.
But REMEMBER that our warranty does not cover defects caused by your use of Viaota's Card on your device.
