What happens if I receive a defective item?

Hey! If you happen to receive a defective product, don't worry, we've got you covered! Just drop an email to our friendly customer support team at support@viaota.com with as much detail about the issue as possible. We'll gladly replace it with a brand new one if it falls under warranty conditions. By the way, if the product you bought is no longer in production, we'll swap it with a newer model of no lesser value!
